About the Role
The postholder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the multidisciplinary team at Quay Primary Healthcare CIC. This will involve undertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties, including the processing of information, liaising with team members and external agencies, and managing patient records.
Main Responsibilities
- Handling office communication and correspondence, including responding to queries and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supporting clinical staff with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Managing patient communication, including booking and rescheduling appointments.
- Liaising with external agencies, such as medical professionals and community services, to ensure efficient processing of queries.
- Maintaining and updating patient records, handling confidential information, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
