The Role

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our high-quality school. This role will primarily be based at our Orford Jubilee Provision. The successful candidate will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with experience in engaging disengaged young learners.

Key responsibilities include supporting students with complex needs and challenging behavior. If you have a proven track record of delivering excellence and a history of dealing with complex needs, then this position may be for you.

Key Information

The Kassia Academy is committed to promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful applicant will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check, provide suitable references, and provide evidence of qualifications.

The role is 36 hours per week, term time plus 5 inset days. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 2:30pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 2:30pm.
