We have a lovely role for a Reception Administrator
Based in Desborough covering maternity leave.
Monday to Thursday 1pm - 5pm
Salary of £7,904
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Screening phone calls
- Post In by various couriers and logging accordingly
- Daily and Monthly invoices
- Maintaining corporate stock of stationary and issuing/ordering as required
- Arranging couriers
- General administrative duties, including keeping Reception tidy
- Signing visitors and contractors in and out of the business
- Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness
- Flexibility to cover annual/sickness leave
QUALIFYING CRITERIA
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) desirable but not essential
Excellent telephone manner
