Credit Control Administrator

Location:
Kettering / Hybrid


Hours - Monday to Friday Full Time

Salary £22k

Responsibilities

  • To respond to requests for credit card payments to be taken, to use WorldPay and NetSuite to process these payments and make the customer/sales rep aware that this has been done.
  • Daily process customer invoices according to bespoke instructions contained in the NetSuite customer record
  • Daily correct sales orders raised without a billing address
  • To process the monthly statement run and, where possible, respond to customer responses or seek assistance from another member of the team.
  • Perform Adhoc administrative tasks as directed by Line Manager
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company

Skills & Experience required:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a role providing administrative support within a team and/or providing support to external customers
  • Ideally with some experience within credit control (advantageous) however, finance experience is not necessary for this position as full training will be provided.
  • Experience with NetSuite or a similar accounting software package would be an advantage
