About the role:

The Administration Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for delivering Administration and Reception support to all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain telecommunications system, dealing with all incoming calls
  • Maintain gate security access and issue access passes
  • Greeting visitors and notifying company personnel of arrivals
  • Order food and drink for meetings as required
  • Ensure boardroom and meeting rooms have adequate supplies
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as required
  • Arrange company events
  • Monitor and maintain motor fleet insurances, M.O.T and tax
- provide administration support to all departments as required

  • Purchase of materials and products required by the company
  • Ensure systems are up to date with stock codes and product descriptions
  • Ensure material stock levels are accurate/carry out monthly stock takes
  • General office housekeeping as required
  • Any other adhoc duties

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Professional attitude
Customer Focus

Job Type:

  • Full time, permanent (parttime would be considered)

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 08:45am - 17:30hrs with 1 hour break
