Responsibilities include supporting Consultants during Acute Ward Rounds and performing procedures like lumbar punctures and pleural aspirations. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to assist in various areas when needed.

Main Duties:

  • In-patient management for GIM specialties
  • Assessing patients, organizing investigations, and interpreting results
  • Contributing to ward rounds and performing practical procedures
  • Completing necessary paperwork and coordinating follow-up care
  • Assessing and managing patients in Acute Medicine
  • Ordering investigations, formulating management plans, and contributing to ward rounds
