Role information:

*Please note this role is Fixed Term until 31st March 2024*This role is delivered in partnership with the Greater Manchester Housing First partnership.


As a Rough Sleepers Accommodation Project (RSAP) Worker you will be responsible for providing and coordinating accommodation and support to people who have experienced homelessness across Greater Manchester.

You will provide assertive Key Working through a personalised strengths based support plan to identify each person's individual needs.


Through the plan you will also ensure that each person understand their rights and obligations as a tenant with the aim of supporting them to move on into long term sustainable tenancies by increasing independence and helping them connect with the local community.
