Due to continued growth, they are expanding their womenswear business and are looking for an experienced senior account/ business development manager to join their close knit team.

In this role you will be responsible for bringing on new mid market accounts across ladies soft woven and tailoring .

A proven track record of success in a similar field is required for this role.

Successful candidates should be able to show evidence of growing business through strong product development, relationship building and strategic thinking and an ability to problem solve to get results.

Building ,Planning and developing strategies that balance customer's expectations and company's objectives
Implements strategic plans to grow sales.
Plan and coordinate with the customer for product launches and seasonal opportunities.
Presenting product and new opportunities in a way that engages buyers and increases sample to sales hit rate.
Managing budgets and sales targets.
Proven working experience in sales/business development
Great at building relationship with buyers and other key partners internal and external.
