Our client based in Beaconsfield are looking for an Office Administrator to joining there busy team.
A growing Automotive rental and sales company, you will be reporting directly to the Delivery Manager you will be supporting the Sales and Purchasing teamwith administrative duties.
Additionally you will coordinate with suppliers to ensure that delivery requests are processed on time.The Role:
- You will have prior administrative experience in a fast paced environment.
- You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide updates and reports to Stock, Delivery and Sales teams
- This role will suit a self starter who can work as part of a busy team and on their initiative.
- You must be computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel.
