We are in search of a meticulous Finance Administrator to enhance our operations in our Beaconsfield office, focusing on utility administration while also providing support for various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator

  • Accurately record all utility invoices in our property management software (MRI Horizon), ensuring correctness and overseeing the payment process.
  • Maintain a detailed record of utilities, including meter readings, consumption data, inquiries, contracts, billing schedules, and tenancy changes, with regular updates as necessary.
  • Engage with utility providers to address any issues, manage statements, and request credits or refunds.
  • Oversee utility recharges to tenants.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the company's utility broker, ensuring effective supplier reviews.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to obtain precise meter readings.
  • Proactively assess and investigate properties with unusually high utility usage.
  • Assist the finance team with journal coding, posting, and bank reconciliations for utility accounts.
