As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining human resources records and files, creating and maintaining reports to track HR processes, and providing assistance to managers and employees with HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files.
  2. Develop and maintain reports to track HR processes, including staffing, cost of hires, performance management, and turnover.
  3. Provide effective assistance to managers and employees with HR-related queries and issues.
  4. Administer and advise on company benefits and support employee welfare and engagement programs.
  5. Coordinate details, tracking, and scheduling of HR project plans.
  6. Coordinate activities related to employee benefits programs.
  7. Develop and distribute information to employees through newsletters, site-wide communications, and materials regarding programs, services, and policies.
  8. Coordinate company events and support planning and organization.
  9. Assist in maintaining knowledge of local laws and assist with implementation in country/Business Units.
