As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining human resources records and files, creating and maintaining reports to track HR processes, and providing assistance to managers and employees with HR-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files.
- Develop and maintain reports to track HR processes, including staffing, cost of hires, performance management, and turnover.
- Provide effective assistance to managers and employees with HR-related queries and issues.
- Administer and advise on company benefits and support employee welfare and engagement programs.
- Coordinate details, tracking, and scheduling of HR project plans.
- Coordinate activities related to employee benefits programs.
- Develop and distribute information to employees through newsletters, site-wide communications, and materials regarding programs, services, and policies.
- Coordinate company events and support planning and organization.
- Assist in maintaining knowledge of local laws and assist with implementation in country/Business Units.
