A well-established business, Investigo, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join their team in a dynamic and modern office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Accurately recording all invoices onto the system and ensuring all information is correct
- Managing business queries, billing dates, and contracts
- Communicating with suppliers to resolve questions, manage statements, and sort credits and refunds
- Acting as a point of contact for certain suppliers and reviewing contracts
- Reporting to the Head of Finance and involved in ad-hoc tasks, such as bank reconciliations and analysis
- Providing support to the wider finance team by posting journals for different accounts
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in a busy administrative position
- Strong numeracy skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills
