Marylebone clinicnMaximum of 6-hour shiftsnResponsibilities:nIndependent and interpersonal skillsnTraining in Aesthetics and Pabau CRM systemsnProficient in marketing, social media, and Microsoft processesnAnswering calls and addressing patient enquiries via phone, email, and social medianGreeting and assisting patients in the clinicnBooking appointments and managing patient expectationsnAdhering to escalation policies to senior staffnContributing ideas to enhance the brand's presence in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatmentsnRequirements:nImmediate availability for the right candidatenHighly organised and ambitiousnWillingness to work independentlynExperience in aesthetics and CRM system PabaunFamiliarity with marketing, social media, and CRM systemsnStrong communication and customer service skills
This position offers the opportunity to work with a top UK surgeon in four clinical settings and requires a candidate who is proactive, independent, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of the brand.
For the right candidate, there is the potential for additional income and the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role.
