Hours – 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to FridaynLondon – West End

A bit about what you’d be doingnMaintain a happy, approachable, and professional demeanournMaintaining reception and front of house standardsnHandle all incoming calls via the switchboard in a polite and timely mannernMeeting, greeting & announcing all visitors to the building in a happy/polite fashionnSet up meeting rooms accordinglynMaintenance of the meeting room booking system, ensuring information is correct and up to datenManaging all incoming and outgoing deliveries including those with urgent deadlinesnEnsure meeting rooms/kitchens/break out area are always clean & tidynDistribute incoming post & franking outgoing postnOrder supplies for the buildingnBook couriers & transportnIn the absence of the Office Manager, arranging for engineers to attend the building, as and when needed and logging them innWeekly test fire alarmnProvide support services for those visiting or working within the buildingnAct as fire warden and first aider (training provided)nProviding handovers with personnel providing lunch covernTemp training
