What will you be doing?

Managing a portfolio of complex and strategically important customers

Developing the Social Housing client portfolio through increasing wallet share

Winning new clients in the Social Housing sector

Leading deal teams and working in partnership with debt finance colleagues and stakeholders to enable structuring and deliver of debt transactions.

Building and developing KBI networks and acting as an ambassador for Barclays brand in the sector

Taking the Citizenship agenda to clients by supporting them with activities and resources that help them to progress their societal goals

Ensuring effective risk management compliance with mandatory risk policies and procedures relating to regulatory, operational, legal, credit, and financial crime risks

What we're looking for:

Experience leading complex client relationships

Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and services

Experience with Risk Accreditation plans

Expertise presenting, negotiation, and influencing senior stakeholders

Skills that will help you in the role:

Experience supporting organisations within the Social Housing sector

Experience within business development

Expertise managing a portfolio of clients

Where will you be working?
In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
