Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Banking Director to lead our efforts in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy to acquire and retain healthcare corporate banking customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key market professionals and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of risk management, including credit, operational, and regulatory risks.
  • Foster a collaborative network across Buckden Partners for a unified approach to customers and colleagues.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet proposition, pricing, risk policy, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven track record of relationship management and healthcare sector knowledge.
  • Excellent credit underwriting abilities, with a history of lending to large SMEs and mid-corporates.
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • Success in building and expanding banking relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior/executive management.
