We are a leading financial services firm seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Corporate Banking Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare corporate banking customers, including acquiring new clients and developing strategic relationships.
  • Develop and execute a business plan addressing internal risk, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee all aspects of risk management, including credit, operational, and regulatory risks, to ensure the bank's assets are protected and regulatory compliance is maintained.
  • Foster a collaborative network across the organization to ensure a unified approach to customer service and colleague engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet proposition, pricing, risk policy, and reporting requirements to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven relationship management skills and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, including its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent credit underwriting abilities, with a track record of lending to large SMEs and mid-corporates, and a strong understanding of credit risk management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and practices, including credit, operational, and regulatory risks.
  • Success in building and expanding banking relationships, with a strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector.
