Job Title - Reward and Job Evaluation Coordinator
Job SummaryThis position offers the chance to join the Pay, Reward and Job Evaluation Team in the People Directorate, a dynamic and evolving environment.The post involves providing an array of administrative duties with a focus on Job Evaluation and Pay & Rewards.This role allows for growth in knowledge of Pay and Reward services, encouraging exploration of new topics and personal development.Opportunities for innovative thinking to contribute to service development are welcomed, promoting new approaches.Main duties of the job
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, with emphasis on Job Evaluation and Pay & Rewards.
  • Process confidential information efficiently, including pay, finance, audit, and HR issues.
  • Support the Head of Pay Reward and ER with administrative tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate JE panels following NHSBT JE protocols.
  • Extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
  • Take minutes for various meetings.
  • Run reports and handle pay queries.
  • Produce statistics on RRPs and other relevant data.
About YouExperience and Knowledge
  • Experience in dealing with demanding situations.
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements.
  • Prior experience in a busy team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Qualifications and Training
  • A Level qualification with administrative experience.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
