About Our Client:


Page Personnel have partnered with a food manufacturer based in the North East who are looking for a Training and Office Administrator to join them on a full time, and permanent basis.

You will be based on site, and the role is paying up to £28,000.

The successful office and training administrator will be responsible for:

  • Organising training via internal and external training providers
  • Coordinating the training courses which will include booking rooms and preparing them for training sessions
  • Monitoring and tracking all training records, and notifying staff of any outstanding training courses that need completing
  • Updating and maintaining the training activity of all employees and producing certificates where applicable
  • Maintaining training records in preparation for audit
  • Working closely with the management team to look at ways to improve the training
  • General administrative duties which will include: diary coordination for the MD, booking and arranging travel, setting up meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, screening calls for the MD, and meeting and attending visitors

The Successful Applicant:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, relating to the booking and coordination of training
  • Experience of liaising with external training providers and building and maintaining a good working relationship
  • Professional telephone manner
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
