Fleet Administrator Opportunity

Do you have a strong administrative background and a knack for numbers? Our client, a prominent player in the automotive sector, is looking for a skilled Fleet Administrator to join their team for a 3-6 month assignment in the fleet administration department.

Job Title: Fleet Administrator

Hourly Rate: £11.79 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Team Valley, Gateshead

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting new orders into the system and liaising with dealers
  • Assisting with administrative duties like matching car specs/models with ordered prints
  • Handling deliveries, paperwork processing, and invoice verification
  • Sending invoices to clients and ensuring correct system usage
  • Financial and administrative background would be advantageous

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication
  • Financial and administrative experience is a plus
  • Effective system management with great attention to detail
