Fleet Administrator Opportunity 🌟

Are you a talented admin professional with a keen eye for numbers and administrative processes? Our client, a leading organisation in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator for a 3-6 month position in their fleet administration department.

✨ Job Title: Fleet Administrator

💰 Hourly Rate: £11.79ph

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break (37.5 hours per week)

📍 Location: Team Valley, Gateshead

📝 Responsibilities:

Loading new orders into the system to coordinate with our dealers
Supporting admin tasks such as matching specs/models of cars to ordered prints
Managing deliveries, processing paperwork, and checking invoices
Sending invoices to customers and ensuring accurate system usage
Beneficial to have financial and administrative background📈 Requirements:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication
Advantageous to have financial and administrative background
