We're on the lookout for an Events & Functions Manager to partner up with our Matchday Hospitality Manager in prepping for post-matchday soirées.

The Role

The Events & Functions Manager will oversee procedures, reservations, and staffing at all sites. As the bookings go-to person, you will coordinate each booking, ensuring venue standards are met. Working alongside managers, staff, and chefs, your role ensures each booking is personalized and all packages are arranged for guests. To maintain our top-notch service, you'll supervise, guide, and train staff when necessary.

We're in need of someone motivated, detail-oriented, and a good communicator to fit the bill, no experience needed.

This role is based at Hamilton Academical Football Club, managing stadium bookings and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to company procedures
  • Handle and oversee bookings
  • Program booking requirements and inform relevant departments
  • Devise strategies for business growth with the management team
  • Adopt and execute marketing strategies for all venues
  • Promote and publicize venues within the marketing strategy
  • Report on marketing impact and refine strategies as needed
  • Monitor service levels
  • Maintain events diary and schedule in-house events

This part-time role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week, paying £13.50-£15 per hour.
