- Lead, train, and manage clubhouse staff to ensure excellent service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices.
- Provide induction training for new staff and encourage ongoing professional development.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and support the planning of golf events.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a sports club or hospitality environment.
- Strong hospitality experience, particularly in managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
