Hospitality Manager required to oversee and manage the operations of a prestigious golf club's clubhouse in South Lanarkshire. The Hospitality manager will play a key role in ensuring the clubhouse thrives by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management and service delivery of the clubhouse, restaurant, and bar.
Plan, organise, and promote a range of social and club events to enhance member engagement.
Lead, train, and manage clubhouse staff to ensure excellent service standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices.
Provide induction training for new staff and encourage ongoing professional development.
Manage relationships with suppliers, committees, and support the planning of golf events.
Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a sports club or hospitality environment.
Strong hospitality experience, particularly in managing supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
Positive and flexible attitude towards varied working patterns, including weekends.
A passion for golf or knowledge of the golfing industry (desirable).
