What we're looking for:
- Are you currently holding a position in a customer facing environment dealing with debt collection ideally in a housing environment or similar?
- Do you possess understanding and experience in rent arrears, possession action including attending court and evictions?

Here at Peabody, we have a number of opportunities for a Collections Officer on a temporary basis at our Westminster Bridge Road offices.
A bit about the role:
As a Collections Officer, you will be the first point of contact for effectively managing tenant arrears with a strong focus on income collection maximisation and customer relations.
Exhausting a set of agreed policies and procedures and through using data to ensure the delivery of a rent collection and arrears service which meets targets whilst helping customers to manage debt and sustain their tenancies.
Some of the key results for the role include:- Maximising cash collection, reducing rent arrears and preventing evictions and thereby sustaining tenancies
- Embodying Peabody's values and demonstrating excellent customer service
- Adapting to changing internal and external factors and legislation and maximising collaboration with the Financial Inclusion and support teams.
- A minimum of 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required._
