We have a fantastic opportunity available at an established Housing organization in East London. They are looking for a dedicated individual to join them as a Housing Services Advisor on a temporary basis for up to 3 months, working full-time.

Job Title: Housing Services Advisor

Salary: Up to £26 per hour

Contract: Temporary role, Full-time

Location: East London (Office-based, 5 days a week)

Responsibilities of Housing Services Advisor:

  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Offer reliable advice to tenants on Housing matters
  • Handle tenancy requests promptly either in person or over the phone
  • Manage repair requests
  • Utilize IT systems effectively

Essential criteria for Housing Services Advisor:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle various situations
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Understanding of rent accounts
  • Familiarity with online housing support platforms
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in social housing as a Customer Service Officer, Housing Assistant, or Repairs Planner
