Housing Services Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Housing Advisor to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a Housing Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing advice and assistance in resolving their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resident inquiries and provide guidance on housing policies and procedures.
  • Schedule appointments and manage handoffs with specialist support teams.
  • Record actions and outcomes on the relevant ICT system and manage customer records.
  • Provide customer service at all contact points and work flexibly to deliver the service.
  • Undertake outbound contacts to support vulnerable residents and consultation surveys.
  • Undertake customer services support activities, including forms processing and document management.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of housing policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience of dealing with residents directly.

Additional Information:

This role is located in East London and offers hybrid working after training. Business hours are between 8.30am and 5pm.
