We are collaborating with a children's services provider, offering a permanent role for a Senior Residential Children's Worker in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.
If successful, you will be part of a team supporting children facing behavioral challenges in a residential setting. This role provides the opportunity to join a nurturing organization with clear paths for career growth.
This full-time position entails 38 hours per week, including sleep-ins. Previous senior experience is not mandatory, but prior participation in caring for children in a residential environment is required.
