About the Role:
The Newcastle office of Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Practice Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to both fee and non-fee earners within the organization. This role is part of the newly established Practice Services pillar, focusing on modernizing support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process work requests using workflow tool
  • Offer administrative and organizational support
  • Assist in creating financial reports and handling finance forms
  • Manage local counsel invoices
  • Support event organization and travel arrangements
  • Edit documentation and manage files and deeds
  • Maintain client databases and provide team assistance
  • Participate in training sessions and liaise with internal teams
