Facilties Administrator required for immediate start

  • 12 month fixedterm maternity contract

About Our Client:

The key responsibilities of the Facilities Administrator will be as follows:

  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility needs
  • Assist with office move and space planning projects
  • Handle administrative tasks related to facilities management
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Support the facilities team in daytoday operations

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Facilities Administrator should have:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A proactive approach towards problemsolving
  • A keen eye for detail
