People Systems Support Analyst

Job Description

The role of the People Systems Support Analyst is to monitor, configure and support the suite of applications used by the People Team, as well as being responsible as a data owner for maintaining accurate People data and reports for the business.

This is an opportunity to join an existing team in a new role and you will be responsible for the administration and configuration of the companies People Systems which will include Core HR and Payroll, Talent and Onboarding, eLearning and T&A. Alongside this you will proactively monitor and resolve system issues whilst monitoring support mailboxes and responding to queries and issues.

This role also includes creating and publishing reports as well as writing and maintaining accurate configuration and support documentation.

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships internally and externally and engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks along with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft skills (Excel – VBA)
  • Knowledge of Kronos, itrent, SQLL SSISadvantagious
