Job Title: Payments and Fraud Analyst

At Frasers Group, we're seeking a skilled Payments and Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing payments and fraud screening in our Card Not Present environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate potential card fraud cases, analyzing daily reviews of documentation and collating evidence from internal and external sources.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify patterns and trends in payment activity, providing insights to the wider team to inform business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to implement best practices for the Group, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing risk.
  • Process Card Payment and PayPal chargebacks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a contact centre environment, with exposure to fraud cases and situations.
  • Focused and fearless approach to work, with the ability to spot trends and communicate effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and conflicting priorities, with a positive 'can-do' attitude and excellent work ethic.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams.
