The role

  • Answering telephones to residents and clients, booking appointments, dealing with queries
  • Scheduling engineers for both planned servicing works and responsive repairs.
  • Chasing up incomplete jobs and rescheduling when appropriate
  • Dealing with problems and complaints and escalating when necessary

The right fit

  • You must have excellent communication skills within a customer focused environment.
  • The ability to communicate with clients, residents, engineers, and management effectively.
  • You will be a highly organised administrator and a team player.
  • Be able to thrive in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • You must be IT literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience of domestic gas administration or similar is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Outstanding customer care skills and a professional approach.

Ecogee specialise in providing both retrofit and new build solutions that make homes more energy efficient. Our services include; fabric insulation, ventilation systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.
