We are working with a leading UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Liverpool. As a Repairs Planner / Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing calls on system, managing operatives' diaries, general administration, planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative, and ensuring trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize repair and maintenance requests
  • Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients to ensure effective communication
  • Use repairs and maintenance software to plan and schedule tasks
  • Work towards individual and client KPIs
  • Deal with council and private housing contracts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract, excellent time management and communication skills, and experience of using a repairs and maintenance software.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 and a chance to work with a leading UK contractor in the social housing sector.
