Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both over the phone and in person.
  • Effectively communicate treatment options and financial information to patients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle patient records and information in a confidential and secure manner.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required).
  • Friendly and professional demeanour.
