Receptionist Job Description

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Assist with and complete audits as required, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues and concerns.
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience, including check-in/out and audit procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors, sharing relevant feedback and information.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Participate in training courses and development efforts, staying up-to-date with hotel operations and procedures.
  • Maximize room occupancy through up-selling techniques and promoting hotel services and facilities.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
  • Follow company brand standards and assist other departments as necessary.
