We have a fantastic opportunity for an Service Advisor to join the our Aftersales Team for a major automotive company in Gatwick.
The successful applicant will be professional, fun and friendly and have a desire to progress and take advantage of our many opportunitiesto further their career in the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arranging MOT'S, services and repair work for our customers
- Advising customers about warranty and upselling additional parts
- Communicating with the aftersales department to arrange and book appointments
- Handling telephone calls, online booking as well as dealing with highlevels of customers daily
- Providing excellent communicational skills throughout the time when a customers car is in the workshop
- Updating the systems when any bookings have been made as well as maintaining accurate customer records.
- Great communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build a strong rapport with customers
- High levels of accuracy and an ability to multitask
- A friendly, empathetic, and efficient attitude
- The ability to work well individually and with a team to achieve goals
- The ability to learn new computer systems quickly and effectively
