The role:

Leadership & Talent Facilitator

We are part of the British Airways Global Learning Academy where our vision is that everyone reaches their full potential through exceptional learning, development, health & wellbeing support. The purpose of the Leadership and Talent Development team is to provide development opportunities to inspire colleagues to lead themselves, their teams and the future of our airline. We provide bespoke learning days for teams, team building, and coaching using the latest leadership and talent learning techniques.

What you'll do:

Drive a learning culture across the airline, developing high-quality and effective solutions that empower our colleagues to learn, grow and exceed their potential. Responsible for the end-to-end development journey of all learners whilst on a talent or leadership pathway. Accountable for providing insight and expertise on industry trends and best practices, to challenge how we apply L&D in our organisation.

About You:

Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across the organisation and with external providers. Customer-driven and strives to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Champions innovation and agility and can balance conflicting demands. A CiPD qualification or experience in talent development, L&D or a related field is preferable.
