Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.

Requirements

  • NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Experience working with neurological patients
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care
  • Demonstratable leadership skills and a minimum of 2 years' experience post-registration
