FM Conway is seeking a Traffic Management Specialist to operate from our Heathrow depot on a full-time, permanent basis, with a blend of day and night shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management systems on high-speed roadways. By becoming a part of FM Conway, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, a competitive salary, and an additional £10 per shift for weekend work. Opportunities for overtime and night shifts will be frequently available at an industry-leading rate.
Key Responsibilities of the Traffic Management Specialist:
- Installing, maintaining, and de-installing traffic management systems
- Collaborating with team members to uphold high-quality work standards
- Ensuring all tasks are performed safely, in compliance with our PPE policy
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, road users, and the public
- Operating company 3.5t vehicles, including conducting defect inspections
Required Skills and Experience:
To qualify for this position, you should have prior experience in installing, managing, and removing traffic management on high-speed roads. A TTMBC, 12 AB Lantra ticket, and a full, clean UK driving license are essential.
