We are seeking a Digital Merchandiser to contribute to the creation of an exceptional LEGO digital shopping and consumer experience within our UK & Ireland (UKI) business. If you are passionate about eCommerce and bring a proactive, analytical approach, this role offers you the opportunity to connect with more children and adult fans as part of one of the most beloved brands in the world.

Core Responsibilities
- Ensure a high-quality online brand presence on retail partners' websites.
- Develop and execute the digital merchandising strategy for the UKI region.
- Collaborate with e-retailers to shape the LEGO shopper experience through digital merchandising activities.
- Monitor and enhance digital shelf performance weekly to improve the shopper experience.
- Optimize digital assets (titles, text, images, etc.) for all sites and campaigns.
- Utilize the LEGO technology stack to deploy impactful assets, driving engagement and conversion.
- Partner with the regional eCommerce Centre of Excellence to create future-focused content and assets.
- Analyze data to derive insights and collaborate on online campaigns with Key Accounts and Retail Marketing teams.
- Stay abreast of new trends and opportunities through continuous testing and learning.
- Assist in developing digital assets and implementing campaigns with internal and external partners.
Join the UKI sales team in their mission to drive sustainable business growth, strengthen partnerships with retail associates, and enhance the LEGO brand through engaging online experiences for consumers and shoppers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced eCommerce or digital environment.
- Proactive mindset with a commercial acumen.
- Understanding of omni-channel shopper behavior.
- Familiarity with CMS systems, web analytics tools, and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential.
