About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Artworker to join our team at CPI Selection. As a Junior Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for creating new artwork and amending existing artwork across a range of printed and digital marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design: Create and amend print and digital graphics assets for a global audience and partner network.
  • Quality Control: Conduct meticulous quality checks on artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Image Editing: Perform image editing and retouching tasks.
  • Text Amendments: Make text changes and amendments to existing material.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand guidelines across all channels.
  • File Organization: Organise and maintain a structured and accessible file system.
  • Supportive Role: Assist in the creation of promotional materials and merchandise, and handle other ad-hoc duties within the creative team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role within a Studio / Production environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as good understanding and experience of graphics production techniques, including image manipulation, editing, and compositing.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of print production processes and specifications, and digital knowledge is an advantage.
