About the Creative Artworker Role

The Creative Artworker will play a key role in helping to visually define, shape, and evolve our brand, creating artwork solutions across a variety of projects, both print and digital.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand standards across our Family, Big Weekender, and Conference and Events propositions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Resort functions to lead the development and creative focus of our visual identity.
  • Craft visually compelling and original creative ideas, communicating them to key stakeholders.
  • Interpret artwork and layout requests from various departments, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support operational teams in the creation and delivery of learning materials that require brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a supporting portfolio of work that demonstrates creative excellence, brand development, and design discipline.
  • Strong creative flair, with an eye for detail and layout, an obsession with design fundamentals, and a desire to learn, grow, and push the boundaries of our brand identity.
  • Excellent visual communication skills, both verbally and written, with mastery of composition, imagery, typography, iconography, and color.
  • Fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Good time management and an organized approach to projects and deadlines.
