Corporate Brand Manager

Reckitt is a global leader in the hygiene, health, and nutrition sectors, and we're seeking a skilled Corporate Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Communications & Corporate Brand division, you'll be responsible for overseeing the strategic representation of our corporate brand on a global scale.

About the Role

As a Corporate Brand Manager, you'll be accountable for managing and evolving our corporate brand assets to meet the needs of the business and drive consistency in how it is represented across all channels. You'll also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the organization to improve the adoption of our corporate brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve the corporate brand assets to meet the needs of the business and drive consistency in how it is represented across all channels.
  • Coach and mentor the organization to improve the adoption of the corporate brand identity.
  • Creator and gatekeeper of the brand guidelines, educating internal and external audiences on the use of the brand identity and implementation across all touch points.
  • Take an active role in constantly evaluating and developing the visual strategy for the business.
  • Project manage the Leadership Conference and Compass Award event logistics.
  • Own and manage the brand library to ensure it is compliant and delivers a user experience which enhances the application of the corporate brand.
  • Manage the design agency resource to effectively deliver the design requirements for the business.
  • Represent the corporate brand on the development of all corporate materials (Annual Report, conferences).
  • Manage the visual look and feel of the Annual Report.
  • Manage all legal requirements associated with the corporate brand: image licensing, trademark registration.
  • Manage the event agency within budget, to deliver against the brief.

Requirements

  • Strong communications experience / brand expert / event management experience.
  • Strategic brand management: visual brand identity, tone of voice, asset management.
  • Stakeholder engagement, particularly with senior leaders in a business.
  • Acute attention to detail and delivery.
  • Experience of working with creative partners on marketing assets.
  • Agency management to deliver within budget.
