The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record of working on ETA and Quartz movements. As part of the application process, these skills will be thoroughly assessed.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing watches in accordance with brand-specific guidelines
- Completing servicing of all brand models, including Quartz, ETA-based, and Chronograph movements
- Testing timepieces for accuracy and performance using specialized tools and equipment
- Visually inspecting incoming components (dials, cases, hands, crystals, movements, etc.) for damage, marks, and scratches to ensure they meet the agreed specification and reporting any quality issues
About the ideal candidate:
- Wostep or equivalent training (ideally)
- Minimum 1 full year of experience working on the bench in a commercial setting
- Highly organized and capable of managing their own workload
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coach and develop Watchmakers
- Capacity to work under pressure while achieving an elevated level of accuracy
