About the Role

CPI Selection is seeking a highly skilled and creative Artworker to join our team. As an Artworker, you will be responsible for creating new artwork and amending existing artwork across a range of printed and digital marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, direct mail, point-of-sale, signage, and web banners.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Perform image editing and retouching tasks, as well as making text changes and amendments to existing material.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all channels and ensure consistency in visual identity.
  • Organize and maintain a structured and accessible file system.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and merchandise.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties within the creative team.
Requirements
  • Confident in typography and layout design.
  • Strong ability to visualize layouts and ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to agreed timescales and the flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
  • Highly organized, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • A team player, comfortable working independently and collaborating with others.
  • Ability to intelligently execute brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role within a studio/production environment.
  • Natural creativity with a proven level of competence in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Good understanding and experience of graphics production techniques, including image manipulation, editing, and compositing.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
  • Digital knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience with After Effects would be beneficial.
