Watchmaker Specialist

The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record of working on ETA and Quartz movements. As part of the application process, these skills will be thoroughly assessed.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing watches in accordance with brand-specific guidelines
• Completing servicing of all brand models, including Quartz, ETA-based, and Chronograph movements
• Testing timepieces for accuracy and performance using specialized tools and equipment
• Inspecting incoming components (dials, cases, hands, crystals, movements, etc.) for damage, marks, and scratches to ensure they meet the agreed specification and reporting any quality issues

About the ideal candidate:

• Wostep or equivalent training (ideally)
• Minimum 1 full year of experience working on the bench in a commercial setting
• Highly organized and capable of managing their own workload
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coach and develop Watchmakers
• Capacity to work under pressure and achieve an elevated level of accuracy
