We are currently looking for call centre agents to conduct market research telephone interviews. No experience is required, as full training will be given.

We are currently recruiting for our
Day and **Evening shift pattern:

- **
Days:
  • 9am
  • 5pm and 9.30am
  • 2.30pm

Evening - 1pm-9pm and 5pm-9pm


Based in our Halifax office, you will be making outbound calls to members of the public and businesses conducting customer research surveys.

You must be able to commit to at least 12 hours per week

A Market Research Telephone Interviewer is responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound calls to businesses and individuals to complete market research surveys.
  • Obtain, record, and verify information from respondents by conducting telephone interviews.
  • Accurately inputting information into company software as dictated by respondents.
  • Working towards targets
A successful applicant must have the following skills and attributes

  • Hard working, motivated and confident
  • Ability to meet and maintain targets.
  • Able to follow instructions.
  • Able to type
This Position is offered as a casual zero-hour contract.

Days:
  • 9am

Immediate starts are available

Bonus related pay up to
£275 per month

Job Types:
