About the team

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative,strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People& Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations,Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it theirmission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology,strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional clientservice and future-proof our growing business.

The primary aim of the Learning and Development departmentis to deliver quality learning and development in awell-coordinated way that will have a positive impact of careerdevelopment and performance.

Aboutthe role

  • Inyour role you'll play a key part ensuring that learning anddevelopment products are designed and developed to address businessneeds, to have a positive impact on performance/career development.You'll lead on learning projects covering all areas of qualitydesign, development, and implementation.
  • Providing specialist guidance on the most appropriatelearning solution, timeframes and effort required from allstakeholders (internal team and subject matter experts)
  • Apply design thinking/instructional design to the designand development of learning interventions with the appropriateresources to deliver impact in the business.
  • Participate in content, design, and review meetings toensure that the best quality content and outcomes isachieved.
  • Apply appropriate assessmentstrategies to measure the impact of the learning using theKirkpatrick Evaluation model as a base in the context of the ForvisMazars UK evaluation strategy

What are we lookingfor?

  • Experience in asimilar role
  • Working knowledge onthe principles of learning design, Kirkpatrick Evaluationmodel and designing end-to-end learner/userexperiences
  • Digital Skills – MS Office andSharePoint, eLearning authoring tools e.g. Articulate 360 Rise, andexperience working with Audio/Video content.
  • Learning Design – Project Scoping, Scripting,Storyboarding, Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Dataanalysis and reporting - interpret client requirements to be ableto deliver effective learning solutions, using metrics/data tomeasure the impact of the learning.
  • Strongtime & project management skills
