Learning Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality learning and development products that address business needs and have a positive impact on performance and career development.
- Lead on learning projects, covering all areas of quality design, development, and implementation.
- Provide specialist guidance on the most appropriate learning solution, timeframes, and effort required from all stakeholders.
- Apply design thinking and instructional design to create engaging learning interventions with the appropriate resources to deliver impact in the business.
- Participate in content, design, and review meetings to ensure the best quality content and outcomes are achieved.
- Apply assessment strategies to measure the impact of the learning using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation model as a base in the context of the Mazars UK evaluation strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of the principles of learning design, Kirkpatrick Evaluation model, and designing end-to-end learner/user experiences.
- Digital skills – MS Office and SharePoint, eLearning authoring tools, e.g., Articulate 360 Rise, and experience working with Audio/Video content.
- Learning design – project scoping, scripting, storyboarding, quality assurance (QA).
- Data analysis and reporting – interpret client requirements to deliver effective learning solutions, using metrics/data to measure the impact of the learning.
- Strong time and project management skills.
